Our site contains 1,000's of pages of content provided by ourselves and
many expert contributors. However, for this to be of real use to our
visitors, we realised we needed to maker it much more interactive than any
other site of its kind out there. We recognised that we need your input,
and we need lots of it.
As you may already know, we have 1,000's of products
and 100's of articles. On each of these pages you will see the images
shown below often with customer feedback and ratings, questions you have
asked about products or articles along with our answers, and references to
articles either written by us, our expert contributors or yourselves.
But possibly our most special feature is that you can add diary
entries to each of these pages (blogs). So if you want to try a product, or follow a
training article, and give a running commentary to our visitors, then its now possible.
All in all, we believe that with our experience, our experts advice, and your
feedback, we have the greatest concentration of information found anywhere.
If you want to contribute, feel free as our guidelines
are quite simple; keep it polite, treat others with respect, voice your
own views or experiences, make it relevant to people, be honest, and try
and help others reach their goals.
Below we explain whats on each page and how you can
contribute:

FeedBack |
You can comment on any article or product on our
site and also give it a rating. You can simply say how you found
something, or you can go into detail, for example what you did to get
good results from a product, or how you found following one of our
diets or exercise routines. Suggest improvements or variations, its up
to you.
Your comment will be added in a couple of hours, as soon as its been
reviewed against our guidelines. We add positive and negative
feedback, so don't feel you'll be wasting your time giving something
the thumbs down, we like to learn and improve too! |

Questions and Answers |
You can raise a question about any product or
article on our site. Please check it hasn't already been asked, as we
do tend to delete repeat questions to keep the forum clutter free.
Our answers are usually based on our own expertise, as we have a team
of over 20 people to call on, but sometimes it takes us a day or two
as we have to get input from some of our outside contacts. |

Articles |
We link relevant articles to
products and other articles (for instance we show the "Mass Gain"
article on weight gain product pages). These articles are written by
our own team, a large number of "expert contributors" and of course
yourselves.
If you want to post an article, simply write it in a
word document and e-mail it to us. Alternatively, just type it direct
into an e-mail, and send it to service@bodyactive-online.co.uk. |

Blogs |
When you visit a page and see this image, you can create a blog,
or diary entry. Your blog, once checked for content, will then become associated to the product or article
you have written about and will apear at the bottom of the page. You can use this to give a running diary of
your progress using a training routine or products. You can add add other information about yourself, load
photographs, and see how many people read your blog. |
